You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date for a flexible rate. In case of late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged for the entire stay.For prepaid bookings based on a non-amendable, non-cancellable and non-refundable rate, no refunds or postponements will be accepted in case of cancellation or no-show.

Do I need to rent a car?

In Paris, the use of public transport, taxis, and private hire vehicles is recommended.

We can arrange a transfer from the train station or airport to the Trinity Haussmann Hotel or from the hotel to the train station or airport. For a custom rate and for bookings, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

Where can I park?

You can park at 10 Rue Jean-Baptiste Pigalle, at the "Parc Pigalle Théâtres" car park. The flat rate for 24 hours is €39.20. 

Can you rent bicycles?

Bicycles can be rented at Vélib station, 28 Rue Jean-Baptiste Pigalle, 75009 Paris.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3:00pm and check-out must be complete before noon. You can leave your luggage at the hotel. Early check-in or late check-out are subject to an additional charge. Please contact reception directly.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes you can, depending on availability.

How are the rooms equipped?

We have several room types:

Classic rooms have a bed of 160 cm minimum and can accommodate up to 2 people. 

Classic rooms with 2 x 90cm twin beds can accommodate up to 2 people.

Superior rooms, equipped with a 160 cm bed and an 80 cm chaise longue, can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child under 18. 

The Suites, equipped with a 180 cm bed or 2 x 90 cm twin beds plus a 160 cm sofa bed, can accommodate up to 4 people.

All rooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. The suites have separate toilets and a bathroom with bathtub. A minibar is also provided, with a complimentary bottle of water on arrival, and tea and coffee making facilities. A Nespresso machine is available in the suites.

All rooms have flat-screen TV, telephone, safe and Bluetooth speaker. 

Is it possible to smoke?

The hotel is entirely non-smoking.

How often are towels and bed linen changed?

We change bed linen after 4 nights of stay or if they become stained. 

If you would like them changed more often, please contact reception. If you would like your towels to be changed, please drop them on the floor.

How often are rooms cleaned?

Rooms and common rooms are cleaned daily between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm.

Can I bring my pet? 

No pets are allowed. 

Are the rooms air-conditioned? 

Yes, all our rooms are equipped with an individual thermostat where you can adjust the temperature.

Is it possible to have breakfast in the hotel?

We have a breakfast room that welcomes our guests every day from 7am to 11am. Buffet breakfast is €18 per adult and €10 for children under 12.
